I woke up to a very pretty scene this morning though.
What animal do you think left these very odd, long marks, they go all the way along under the window and across the deck.
As the sun rose over the hill
Early morning visitor, looking guilty.
I do love how breathtakingly beautiful the snow is, but it is a pain in the arse at the same time!
I agree looking out on a snow covered landscape from the warmth of your home is one thing, but driving in it is a nightmare.
ReplyDeleteOh how lovely! Ah, try and get the car in if you can but don't kill yourself trying to if its too slippery! Make a snowman for me!
ReplyDeleteWell those prints have us stumped. Cat prints near the window possibly. I wondered about something with a long tail, pheasant? Where there any other prints in front of the lines?
ReplyDeleteIts exciting int it!
No snow here yet thank goodness - keep warm.
ReplyDeleteNo snow here in Brighton as yet, but wouldn`t mind some. A white Christmas would be lovely!
ReplyDeleteSnow is lovely as long as you're not driving in it! We haven't had snow yet, Leics, just floods.....unfortunately.
ReplyDeleteWe have snow for at least 6 months of the year. We are expecting -20 degrees tonight. It must be hard if you're not used to driving in it all the time and I don't suppose you have snow tires over there. They make a huge difference. You're so lucky that it will all be gone in just a short while. Could those prints be from a rabbit/hare?
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely views from your new windows and patio doors. Winter will be bright for you with all that light streaming through them. What a good investment! Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteNo snow here in Cornwall yet, but i'd love for there to be some! Take care and be careful on the roads :)
