Blogging

Nothing much to report on in blogworld at the moment. The weather is grey and miserable, but I can't complain, the weekend weather was gorgeous. I have plans afoot to put a bench on my deck one of these days if I can either find a cheap one, or better still a free one. It would be nice to sit on a bench instead of currently having to drag out a dining room chair. Even on a cold day I get pleasure from sitting out, with a warm cup of something. Life is a bit of an up and down rollercoaster of emotions at the moment so I will keep this brief and promise to write something wholly more substantial very soon.

  1. Sorry to hear about that Dan, hope all is well with your family, if not, that you find the strength to deal with things. Have you checked out Freecycle in your area? Someone may have a bench or seat they no longer want.

  8. A decent out-door setting is great. Expensive, but worth it.
Breakfast outside watching the day begin. An evening meal with a friend.
Get something with removable cushions. A lounger so you can rest on the deck when you feel crummy. And something that will cover the table and chairs in horrible weather, for protection and so you do not have to drag it all inside.
Hmmm ....... Feeling despondent? Sing some blues.

  9. I agree with Louise, I love listening music that matches my emotions! :)

It's meant to get really cold this weekend, so you'd better stock up on hot drinks for sitting outside! Your place sounds like it's really coming on nicely.

    Hope all is well. :)
