UHT skimmed milk is essential as I can't live without my cuppa tea; enough flour for several loaves, pasta, rice, frozen veg and meat, sack of dog food, and I reckon the contents of cupboards and freezer would keep me fed for weeks! So I just don't go out when its icy underfoot. Watch Jeremy Kyle!! Organise the tax file. Make an inventory of something, maybe inherited silverware. Move things about in the attic. Revise your will. Bake a supply of something for the freezer. Use Skype to talk to friends. It is not just being inside that is annoying, it is the monotony as well. There are thousands of people who live in confined spaces for many months every year. You are actually lucky. <br />I am also sending you some tropical monsoon weather from my place.MLM247https://www.blogger.com/profile/06365562372896637044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4652989316053170663.post-83525368577021534412013-01-21T10:35:06.075-08:002013-01-21T10:35:06.075-08:00I know exactly what you mean. Fortunately the roads were ok, even though I scraped a couple of inches depth off the car, so I popped to the post office and had a quick visit to my Mum to make sure she was okay. Good luck with your trek tomorrow!Scarlethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01729719876504930455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4652989316053170663.post-90545064188479726412013-01-21T09:02:08.916-08:002013-01-21T09:02:08.916-08:00It is pretty (we're having just as much here, ...It is pretty (we're having just as much here, plus ice) and for the garden, it is the poor man's manure (old saying).
